Shakier Williams is a dynamic South African executive and entrepreneur with over fifteen years of experience shaping successful ventures and leading impactful initiatives.

Mr. Williams currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CAJV (Pty) Ltd, a leading professional services and governance consultancy he co-founded in 2014. Under his leadership, CAJV has become a trusted partner to public sector institutions, achieving remarkable results, including facilitating over R30 billion in savings and liability reductions for government departments through innovative case management and strategic solutions.
His oversight led to the implementation of nationally benchmarked systems in health and home affairs, significantly enhancing public service delivery.
Prior to CAJV, Mr. Williams demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by founding and leading successful ventures in the timber industry, developing extensive international trade experience with Farilli Timbers, and engaging in the automotive sector.
He also directs Mavava Consulting, advising on business development and public sector strategy.
